Acne - Lymphatic System Study

No Age Limit - Under 18 Must Be Accompanied By a Parent

Study Runs for Three Months, From Your Individual Start Date

Classes Held at:  8075 E. Morgan Trail, Suite 1-A, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

The lymphatics play an important role in maintaining your skin and overall health by reabsorbing cellular waste; parts of cells, fibrin, lipids (fats, cholesterol, triglycerides), hormones, lactic acid, uric acid, toxins and other metabolic waste. In this study we are trying to show how improving the lymphatic system with an more alkaline diet, exercise, deep breathing and proper hydration can improve acne. This improves circulation and natural detoxification of acidic wastes from the skin to be reabsorbed by the lymphatic system.

Superficial Lymphatics Right Under Skin

The lymphatic system helps to maintain every system in the body, especially the skin. The superficial lymphatics are right under your skin and contain 60-70% of the lymph in the body. When the lymphatic system becomes congested excess cellular waste and proteins (parts of cells, fibrin and other toxicity) can build under the skin, limiting circulation and allowing inflammation to occur.  Activating the lymphatic system can directly help reduce excess cellular waste and inflammation in the skin by improving circulation.

Goal of Acne-Lymphatic System Study

The study will show how improving lymph flow with a healthier diet, proper hydration, daily exercise, good posture and deep breathing can improve inflammation and acne. Participants will attend a free class on how to improve their lymph flow and circulation using a healthier diet, proper hydration, daily exercise, good posture and deep breathing.  Participants will use the information they receive in class to improve their lymph flow at home during the week.

Guidelines for Acne-Lymphatic System Self-Help Study

1.    Participants can be of any age, under 18 must have a parent with them at first class. You will be involved in the study for three months.

2.    Participants will need to attend a few Lymphatic Health Classes, where you will learn the science of the lymphatic system and how to improve circulation and detoxification of cellular waste from the skin.
3.    Patients need to understand the basics of the lymphatic system and homeostasis.
4.    The only obligation requested of the patient is to make a few lymphatic system health classes, show up on time, activate the lymphatic system at home, work to balance your pH, keep a journal and pictures of any changes positive or negative you see on your skin or body. At the end of each month send us a monthly email with your journal info telling us what you experienced during that month with pictures.
